摘要
采用神府煤研究了起始基为高级脂肪单醇的聚醚型水煤浆添加剂分子结构与成浆性能之间的关系。在这些分子量基本相同的系列聚合物产品中,对无规聚合物添加剂,分子结构中环氧丙烷组分愈少,成浆性能愈好;对嵌段聚合物添加剂,R-OE-OP型比R-OP-OE型的成浆效果好,继续增加R-OE-OP型聚合物嵌段数,可以进一步改善成浆性能,这主要是形成比较稳定的桥型吸附的缘故。在成浆过程中,蔡磺酸盐的作用主要是消泡,或与添加剂产生协同效应。
The relation between the molecular structure of alkypolyethers,as additives of coal water slurry, and their slurryability is studied in this paper by using Shenfu coal. It is found that among a series of polymers of similar molecular weight, the less the epoxy propane in the structure, the better the slurryability. As for slurryability of copolymers, type R-OE-OP is better than R-OP-OE type. With the increase of OE-OP in R-OE-OP copolymer, the slurryability improves further mainly due to bridging adsorption on coal particles. In preparing coal water slurry, naphthalene sulfonate is mainly an antifoamer or a synergist.
