摘要
介绍了突变理论的发展和突变理论基本概念 ,结合橡胶低温破碎的特点 ,以速度和温度作为控制变量 ,确定了橡胶单颗粒的尖点突变模型 ,在突变行为曲面上阐述了颗粒破碎机理 ,构造破碎状态变量z =n-(xe/D0 ) 。根据橡胶单颗粒低温冲击破碎的试验结果 ,拟合了破碎行为曲面 ,得到相应的分歧点集 。
The development and basic concept of catastrophic theory are introduced.According to the feature of cryogenic pulverization of rubber,using temperature and velocity of rubber particles as control variables,a cusp catastrophe model is built.The fracture mechanism of material is explained by catastrophe behavior surface successfully.The parameter z defined as z=n -(x e/D 0) where x e and n are parameters of R R distribution equation is used as state variable.The undetermined coefficients in the model are regressed from experimental data.Then the bifurcation set is determined,and the fracture condition of cryogenic rubber can be determined from the curve.
