摘要
应用WZD_(1-5)细胞株分泌的抗大鼠树突状细胞单克隆抗体作微量细胞毒性试验,考察其对大鼠树突状细胞(dendriticcellDC)的特异性杀伤作用;并采用WZD_1单克隆抗体连续给大鼠体内注射,然后作用同种异体皮肤移植后观察移植皮片的存活时间。结果表明WZD_(1-5)单抗对大鼠DC呈现较高的特异性杀伤活性,杀伤率在69.3%~75.3%,WZD_1单抗能有效地延长移植皮片的存活时间,平均存活时间为16.6d(对照组平均为4.6d.p<0.001)。
After establishing five hybridoma
cell-lines which can secrete monoclonal antibody to rat dendritic cell.we use these
McAbs(WZD_(1~5) to analyze the cytotoxicity for dendriti cells.M. splenocytes and low density
cells.Theresults showed that these McAbs have special cytotoxiclty for dendritic cells. Then we
injected WZD_1 McAb or NS into SDrat abdomen for 10 days. After this. we transplanted normal
wistar rat skin to SD rat as test group and injected WZD_1McAb or NS into SD rat abdomen
continuouly for one week.We found that the WZD_1 McAb can extended the time ofskin
reJection effioiently(P<0.001)as compared with autologous transplantation controls.
