摘要
在原陈忠华大鼠心肺联合移植手术基础上，改为保留整个左肺叶；将心肺灌注液改为Ｓｔ．Ｔｈｏｍａｓ液，并将保存液的温度改为０℃冰浴，结果移植心在心脏复苏时能迅速有效地起博，瞬时复苏成功率为１００％，近期成功率为９５％（１９／２０）。
on the basis of the model of heart-lung transplantation in rats by Chen Zhonghua,we reserved the whole left lobe instead of the right lower lobe,and use St.Thomas' liquid in 0℃ water and ice bath to replace 4℃ acetate as a cardiopalmonary perfusate and preserving solution.Our findings indicates that the transplanted heart can effectively beat again very soon.The rate of instant heart successful resusciatation is 100%,while successful transplatation rate in a short period is 95%(19/20).
