摘要
详细介绍了用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)观察合金相组织的实验步骤及方法,包括样品的制备方法、侵蚀表面的防氧化,吸附方法,对(?)仪器本身的要求及主要操作方法,并用STM观察了Fe-1.0 C-4.0 Cr-2.0 Si合金等温淬火组织;证实(?)氏体组织有多层次精细结构首次发现贝氏体铁素体亚单元由尺寸更小的超亚单元组成.结果表明,若采用适当的表面防护措施,可实现用STM观察合金相的精细组织结构.
Experimental procedures of obsenrving be metallographic microstructure of alloys with Scanning Tun-nelling Microseope(STM): including specimen preparaiiom methods,oxidation and absorption protection of the etched surface of the specimen, addititonal requirements for STM and main operation method of STM,have been introduced in details. Also the microstructure of the austeronered Fe 1. 0C 4. 0C r 2. 0Si alloy has been studied with STM. The multi-layer fine structure of bainite has been confirmed. It was first observed that hainitic ferrite subunits were corn posed of sub-subunits. The results indicated that the observation of metallographie structure of alloys can be realized by STM if proper su(?)ace protection measures have been taken.
