摘要
针对含50%H_2SO_4和10%HNO_3、温度为85℃的混酸介质,设计了新型铸造不锈钢的化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、透射电镜、电子探针、扫描电镜及扫描隧道显微镜等研究了该钢的组织及其腐蚀行为.结果表明,新型铸造不锈钢具有良好的耐蚀性.通过STM观测,得到了该钢的超高分辨三维腐蚀形貌图象.
The chemical composition of new type cast stainless steel for use in 50% H2SO_(4) and 10% HNO3 mixture at 85癈 was designed. Techniques including OM, XRD, TEM, EPMA, SEM and STM were used to in-vestigate the microstructure and corrosion behavior of the steel. Experimental results showed that, new type cast stainless steel has single-phase austenitic structure and better corrosion resistance after solution heat treatment at 1100癈 and water cooling. By STM. ultra-high resolution 3-D corrosion images for this new type steel were ob-tained.
