摘要
用超滤膜浓缩脲酶过程中,研究了滤液通量和酶截留率等膜分离性能与膜结构的关系,及浓差极化引起的浓缩酶液活性梯度变化规律。试验表明:采用0.03—0.08μm 的超滤膜,在1~1.3 kg/cm^2压力下,可将预先絮凝过的脲酶提取液浓缩2倍以上。为了对脲酶提取液进行膜分离前处理,寻求到了较理想的絮凝剂和絮凝条件。
This paper studies the relation between performance,the flux and theindex of retention,and structure of membrane,when urease is concentratedby ultrafiltration membrane.The results shown that the pre-coagulatedurease solution was concentrated above 2times by the 0.03~0.08μmultrafiltration membrane at the operation pressure 1~1.3kg/cm^2.And studiesthe polarization phenomena in membrane processes.For the suspended substance in the urease solution is excluded beforemembrane processes,the author had found a better coagulating agent andconditions.
