摘要
采用复合添加剂制备稳定脲酶液，利用特制的超滤膜把脲酶富集在纤维素载体上制备吸附脲酶是制备脲酶试剂的新工艺。该工艺先进、简便，产品收率高，稳定性超过国内外现有水平。
