摘要
酶制剂的传统生产工艺是发酵、絮凝沉淀、过滤、溶剂萃取、真空蒸发、干燥,其生产过程能耗高、酶失活率高、收率低。膜分离技术具有节约能源、降低损耗、可在常温下连续操作、过程简单、高效、无相变、分离系数较大等优点,特别适用于热敏性物质的处理,在食品加工、医药、生化技术领域有独特的实用性。论述微滤技术、超滤技术、以及集成膜分离浓缩技术在酶制剂生产中分离、浓缩和提纯方面的应用,并对不同的膜材料和组件进行综合评价。
Traditional methods for enzyme preparation process such as fermentation, flocculation sediment, illtration, solvent extraction, vacuum evaporation and heat-drying, consume a great deal of energy, and enzyme inactivation rate is high, resulting in low yield. Membrane separation technology have many virtues of reduce energy consumption, simply, effectively, without facies change and so on. It can also be operated at normal temperature. So it is widely used in food industry, chemical domain and bio-chemical technology. Recent advance and development of the use of UF, NF and integrated membrane technique in enzyme preparation industry are discussed in this paper, meanwhile, different membrane material and component are also evaluated.
