摘要
在溴和甲酸钠存在下,碘(Ⅰ-)与淀粉作用生成蓝色物质。本文根据着色溶液吸光度(A),入射波长(λ)及显色物质浓度(X)的相互关系研究天然水中测定碘的主次波长新光度法。该法具有较高分析精密度,检出限较单波长比色法低。样品分析结果表明:RSD≤4.3%,加标回收率为97%~107%。方法检出限0.001μg/mL。
In both bromine(Br_2) and sodium formate(HCOONa) solution iodine can react with amylodextrin to form a blue substance. In this paper new analytical method as primary-secondary wavelengthes Spectro-photometry was studied to determine trace of Ⅰ ̄- in natural water.The method is simple and the calculated curve is very stable. The results showed that RSD≤4.3% and the detection limit is 0 .001 mg/L and the recovery rate is 97%~107%. It is suitable for analyses of drinking water, lake water and other natural water.
