摘要
本文介绍一种通过测定溶液的声速而给出其中某组份浓度的超声波液体浓度传感器.简述了传感器的原理与设计,讨论了温度、声速与浓度非线性关系以及传感器几何尺寸误差等因素所产生的影响.
In this paper,an ultrasonic sensor for measuring concentration of liquid solu-tions is described. It estimates the concentration of solution components via measuringthe velocity of the solution. A brief description of the principle and structure design isgiven. Influence of temperature, nonlinearity of ultrasonic wave velocity to the concentration,and the error of the sensor size are discussed.
