摘要 提出了一种多波长的光谱测量方法来实现牛奶成分含量的测量.该方法通过多光路的测量方式,对通过牛奶样品的多个波长的透射光进行光强检测,获得携带牛奶成分含量信息的光谱数据.采用多元回归分析的方法,建立牛奶成分中蛋白质、脂肪含量的光谱测量模型,完成牛奶成分含量的测量.仿真结果表明多波长的光谱测量方法用于牛奶成分含量的测量是有效可行的. A method of spectral measurement is proposed by ways of multi - wavelength detection for measuring the components of milk. Using a detection mode of multi - light path, spectral data carries the information of milk components is obtained, by detecting the intensities of the multiple rays of monochromatic light through the milk sample. Measurement models of protein and fat in milk are established, adopting multiple regression analysis, to realize the measurement of milk components. The simulation results indicate that the method of measuring the components of milk based on Multi - wavelength detection is feasible and effective.
