摘要
针对食品工业液体浓度实时测量的要求,利用水声学中回鸣环声速测量技术,分析了影响声速测量误差的因素,以及温度对声速测量的影响,设计了一种供啤酒和乳品使用的高精度液体浓度测量仪.该仪器经纯水标定,对声速的测量误差可小于2cm/s,从而保证了液体浓度的测量.
Aim at the requirement of real-time measurement for liquid in food industry,a measuring method of liquid concentration is proposed based on pulse echo technique for sound measurement in Hydro-Acoustic.The method analyzes factors leading to error of sound velocity measure.A measuring instrument of liquid concentration for beer and dairy processes is designed.The result shows that ultrasonic method has got some advantages like stableness,correctness and quickness.The error of sound velocity measuring is less ...
