摘要
本文对我国海事诉讼法学多年来的研究成果分管辖权、海事请求保全、海事审判程序等几个方面有重点的进行了综述 ,也提出了个人简要评析 ,并展望了海事诉讼法学的未来发展。
This paper makes a brief review on China's maritime litigation law research. It includes the study of jurisdiction, protection for maritime claim, procedure of maritime judgment and so on. And the paper concludes with the vision on the prospect of China's maritime litigation law study.
