摘要
以法学的几个基本问题为切入点，立足中国法制建设的实践，对中国法学的未来作了前瞻性探讨。认为世纪之交，中国法学将在法律体系、法律渊源、法律价值、法律意识、法学研究。
Taking some of the fundamental problems in law as its point of incision and based on the practice of China's legislative construction,this paper makes an inquiry into the future development of China's law and concludes that at the turn of the centuries China's Law will experience a series of changes in the following six aspects:the system,oringin,value,conception and studies,of the law and the social status of law scholars.
