“健康第一”思想是对学校教育本质功能的重新认识 ,它突破了传统学校体育单一的、片面的教育功能 ,拓宽了学校体育改革的范畴 ,以它来指导和构建学校体育体系 ,符合时代发展对社会和人类提出的要求。从“健康第一”指导思想产生的历史背景、意义 。
Health is the first'-this idea is a recognition for the function of school education, It not only broke through traditional single education function of the P.E, but also widened the field of revolution of the P.E.
