摘要
本文以职前职后一体化人才培养模式为视角,探讨该模式在拓展培训项目人才培养中的应用,论述在该模式下培养拓展培训师的可行性、科学性、实施依据以及影响因素进行分析,进而为现有的拓展培训人才培养模式下存在的弊端提出建议.
Based on the perspective of integration training model of pre-and after service, the present article discusses the application of the mode in personnel training and analyzes the feasibility of training development trainer, scientificity, the implementing basis and the influencing factors. Then suggestions for the existing disadvantages in talent training mode were made.
