摘要
修饰SOD已广泛用于化妆品和食品,但其活性测定方法目前国内尚无统一标准。由于酶表面修饰对酶活性测定有影响,本文报道了一种简便、快速的修饰SOD的测定方法。该法不仅准确而且实用。
Modified SOD has long found its wide cosmetics and foods application but there is not yet a criterion for its determination enzymatic activity in China. Since surface modification of enzyme was affected determination of enzymatic activity, a simple and rapid method for the assay of modified SOD is described,this method was not only accurate,but also practical.
