摘要
报道了XRF分析超基性岩中13个主、次量元素时,交互有效-基本参数法软件(CVFP)的应用。在原基本参数法的基础上,引入交互有效法,通过PRESS值的计算选择使PRESS达最小的变量子集建立起基体校正模型,分析结果的准确度和稳定性均得到提高。所建立的方法和软件可以满足X-射线荧光定量分析要求。
It is reported that thirteen elements in ultrabasic rocks are analysed by using cross-validation-fundamental parameters software (CVFP) in XRFA. The software is based on fundamental parameters (FP)calculation,and cross-validation(CV)is used to determine the minimum number of eigenvectors. The stability of model used to correct matrix effect is improved and the accuracy of analytical results is better.
