摘要
本文所阐述的ＥＤＸＲＦ外推回归法就是把多元素回归法与荧光强度的基本公式结合起来，根据样品的能谱图，从理论上计算了白色Ｋ金饰品中Ｎｉ和Ｐｄ的含量，进而计算了Ｋ金饰品成色，解决了无标样的难题。该法的标准偏差小于０．１％，与原子吸收法进行了比对，偏差小于０．３％。
The EDXRF extrapolateregression method described in this paper combines regression method with the fundamental formula of fluorescence intensity.The contents of Ni and Pd in white karat gold jewellery were calculated theoretically according to the spectrum of the sample.The content of gold was determined without standards.The precision was 01% and the deviation was 03% compared with AA.
