摘要
分区定价理论是为了适应工程应用而对节点电价理论作的简化,但是,现有的分区方法基本上是根据工程研究的经验和阻塞的历史数据来确定分区,不能很好地反映系统潮流方式的变化。该文明确给出了动态分区的概念,其核心是依据系统的网络拓扑、负荷水平以及潮流方式的变化情况,动态地确定系统的分区,避免了固定分区方法中分区结果一成不变的缺点。为实现动态分区, 文中引入了图论的相关理论和方法,使得整个分区过程非常直观,并且便于实现对复杂电网的分区。作为一个重要应用,以图论分区加逐步优化的方式实现了动态分区定价,并对其机理进行了剖析,发现其寻优过程类似于数学上的“起作用约束集方法”。通过IEEE14 节点算例研究表明:当电网发生阻塞时,基于图论的动态分区定价能通过一次或多次优化,合理地确定系统的分区,并决策各分区的电价等。动态分区定价可以在保证市场公平性的前提下,达到购电费用更小的效果,从而体现市场的经济性。
For the sake of practical implementation, zonal pricing is the simplified version of nodal pricing. The current zoning methodologies specify zones directly on the basis of research experiences and historical congestion data, but the specified zones can not reflect the changing of power flow. Based on current researches, the concept of dynamic zoning is explicitly defined in this paper. The core of the methodology is to dynamically determine the zones according to the networks topology, system load levels and power flow, thus avoiding the disadvantage of fixed zoning. By making use of graph theory, the dynamic zoning methodology can successfully realize the zoning of complex power grid within a manifest calculating process. As an important application, the approach of dynamical zonal pricing is proposed by a mixed process of graphical zoning and gradual optimization. Its mechanism resembles the process of “active constraints method”. Case study of IEEE 14 nodes system shows that the proposed algorithm can reasonably determine the zones and zonal prices through one or more optimizations under congestion conditions. The approach of Dynamic Zonal Pricing can minimizes purchase costs based on guaranteeing the trading fairness.
