摘要 概述了IEEE PES 2004会议上有关大面积停电及其防御措施的最新研究成果和动向,并提 出了研究和防止我国大面积停电措施的建议。 The latest research results of large-area blackouts and the defense measures proposed in the 2004 IEEE PES Meeting are summarized. In addition, the future trend of the development on this topic is analyzed. Suggestions for developing new technologies to prevent blackouts in China are presented.
