摘要
采用半化学法制备了掺锰的 0 .5Pb(Mg1 2 W1 2 )O3 0 .5PbTiO3(PMW PT)陶瓷。掺锰PMW PT反应前驱体是以醋酸镁和硝酸锰分别代替传统化物法中的MgO和MnO2 制得的。通过XRD和SEM对掺锰PMW PT陶瓷样品进行了表征 ,并测试了陶瓷的介电性能。主要讨论了烧结温度和掺锰对PMW PT陶瓷介电性能的影响。研究结果表明 :半化学法能够制得掺锰均匀且为纯钙钛矿相的PMW PT陶瓷 ,掺锰抑制陶瓷的晶粒长大 ,从而提高了PMW PT陶瓷的烧结温度 ;掺锰明显降低了陶瓷的介电损耗 ,同时提高了陶瓷的介电常数 ,但随掺锰量的增加 ,陶瓷的介电常数减小。PMW PT陶瓷的合适掺锰量为 0 .2 5mol% ,烧结条件为 10 5 0℃ 2h ,最大介电常数为 92 30 ,介电损耗低于 0 .0 4。
The Mn-doped 0.5Pb(Mg_ 1/2W_ 1/2)O_3-0.5PbTiO_3(PMW-PT) ceramics were prepared by Semichemical Method. The Mn-doped PMW-PT precursors were prepared through adding aqueous Mg(Ac)_2 and Mn(NO_3)_2 solution rather than MgO and MnO_2, respectively,to the alcoholic slurry of PbO,WO_3 and TiO_2. The phase constitutes and microstructures of the ceramics were characterized by XRD and SEM methods, and the dielectric properties were measured. Also the influences of the sintering temperature and Mn-doped on the dielectric properties were mainly discussed. The results showed that the pure perovskite phase of the PMW-PT ceramics with homogeneous Mn-doped were prepared by Semichemical Method. The dielectric loss of the PMW-PT ceramics decreased and the dielectric constant of the ceramics increased obviously after doping Mn. And the dielectric constant of the ceramics decreased with increasing of Mn content. The proper Mn content of the Mn-doped PMW-PT ceramics was 0.25mol% and the proper sintering condition was 1050℃ for 2h.The maximum dielectric constant was 9230, and the dielectric loss no more than 0.04.
