摘要
作者采用传统的电子陶瓷工艺制备了PSN-PZN-PZT四元系压电陶瓷,考察了锰掺杂对材料的微结构及压电性能的影响.实验结果表明,在较宽的锰掺加量范围内,样品都可以得到完全的钙钛矿相结构,适量的锰掺杂不仅可以优化材料的压电性能,而且可以改善体系的温度稳定性能.同时,锰掺杂使PSN-PZN-PZT陶瓷的损耗tanδ降低,机械品质因数Qm增高,当掺杂量为0.5wt%时压电陶瓷具有最好的综合机电性能d33=313pC/N,kp=0.52,Qm=1466,tanδ=0.40%,有望在超声马达中获得应用.
The piezoelectric ceramics of PSN-PZN-PZT are prepared by traditional ceramics method. The influence of Mn-doping on the microstructure and piezoelectric properties are investigated. The authors found that manganese dopants can not only optimize piezoelectric properties of the species, but also improve the temperature stability.
