锌锰共掺杂铁酸铋磁性和光催化性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了锌锰共掺杂铁酸铋(BiFeO_3)纳米粉体。锌锰共掺杂使得铁酸铋粉体的晶体结构从R3c三角晶型转变成了P4mm立方晶型。样品中的铋、铁均为+3价,掺杂的锰和锌分别以+4价和+2价的价态存在。5%锰掺杂(原子数分数)未对铁酸铋的微观形貌产生显著影响,锌的引入则使得样品的颗粒尺寸增加。锌锰共掺杂铁酸铋的磁性随着锌掺杂量的增加而减弱,使得铁酸铋在可见光区的吸收显著增强。对样品光催化测试结果显示,5%锰和2.5%锌共掺杂(原子数分数)铁酸铋样品具有最好的光催化活性。 Zn,Mn co-doped BiFeO3 nano-powders (BFMZO)were synthesized with sol-gel method.R3c rhombohedral to P4mm cubic phase change was observed in BiFeO3 powders with Zn and Mn doping.XPS analysis showed that Bi and Fe in BFMZO were trivalent, and Mn and Zn were tetravalent and divalent respectively.5% Mn (fraction of number of atoms) doping had no significant effect on the micro-morphology of BiFeO3.And Zn dopant made the particle size of samples increased.The saturation magnetization of BFMZO decreased with the increase of Zn dopant and the visible light absorption of BiFeO3 was enhanced.It was found that BiFeO3 with 5% Mn and 2.5% Zn(fraction of number of atoms) doping had the best photocatalytic activity.
