摘要
研究了La3+改性钨镁酸铅陶瓷材料的烧结性能、微观结构以及微波介电性能。结果发现:加入La3+的摩尔分数大于50%时,在A位 形成有序的空位,并形成单相的钨镁酸铅镧钙钛矿相。La3+的加入,降低了介电常数,提高了微波性能,同时温度系数显著降低。当 x(La3+)=56%时,得到较好微波性能:εr=28.7,Q·f=18 098GHz,τcf=-5.8×10-6/℃。
Pb(Mg1/2W1/2)O3 modified by La3+ was prepared by solid state reaction process. The sintering behavior, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction and HP network analyzer. It is found that a single phase perovskite type solid solutions with ordered vacancies on A-site, [Pb1-xLax(Mg1/2W1/2) O3 (0&lex&le67%)] were formed in the whole mixing range when the molar fraction of La3+ was higher than 50%. The dielectric constant and temperature coefficient decrease with the increase of La3+ content. Better integrated microwave dielectric properties were obtained when x=56%, Εr=28.7, Q·f=18098 GHz, and τcf=-5.8×10-6/°C.
