摘要 采用氧化物混合烧结法,在烧结温度为1250℃的条件下,制备了(1-x)Pb(Sc0.5Ta0.5)O3-xPbTi O3弛豫铁电陶瓷,并对其压电性能和介电性能进行了研究.发现在x=0.45时,(1-x)Pb(Sc0.5Ta0.5)O3-xPbTi O3弛豫铁电陶瓷体系具有较好的压电性能和介电性能,实验结果表明该体系的准同型相界应该在x=0.45附近. (1-x)Pb(Sc_ 0.5 Ta_ 0.5 )O_3-xPbTiO_3 relaxor ferroelectric ceramics were prepared by using conventional oxide powder processing sintered at 1250℃ The piezoelectric and dielectric properties of (1-x)Pb(Sc_ 0.5 Ta_ 0.5 )O_3-xPbTiO_3 relaxor ferroelectric ceramics were investigated.
