摘要
在大学英语教学改革的形势下,大学英语教师的角色应重新定位。教师不再是单一的知识传播者,而应是信息资源的收集、分析和提供者;学生学习过程的指导者和帮助者;学生合作学习的组织者、引导者和协调者;信息化学习环境的管理者和开发者;学生学习的评价者及终身学习者和教学的研究者。
It is intended to discuss the new roles of college English teachers under the reform of college English teaching. Teachers are no longer the single spreaders of knowledge. They are the collectors, analysis and providers of information, the directors and helpers in the learning process, the organizers and coordinators of students' cooperative learning, the supervisors and developers of technology-enhanced learning environment, the assessors of students' performance and the lifelong learners and researchers in English teaching.
