摘要
通过对云南艺术学院部分大学生的问卷调查分析,艺术类大学生具有以下心理特征:有积极进取的人生观、价值观,但个人主义倾向明显;热爱专业,但缺乏脚踏实地的学习态度;独立意识强,社交范围狭窄,社会公德意识较强等。在艺术类大学生的教学管理中,应根据学生的心理状况,因材施教,强化理想主义爱国主义教育,正面引导大学生的个人价值与社会需要相适应;通过自主管理模式诱导他们的社会责任感和自我约束意识形成;在教学中应积极引导和鼓励学生勤奋学习,严谨治学。
According to the investigation and the analysis of some of the students' questionnaires in Yunnan Art Institute, students of art have such psychological characteristics listed below: they have active outlooks on life and positive concepts of value, while they have obvious inclination of individualism; they love their major subjects while they lack earnest attitude for study; they are independent; they have narrow social circles and strong public mindedness, etc. In terms of the teaching and management of college students studying art, measures suitable to the students’ psychological characteristics and situations should be taken to strengthen the education of idealism and patriotism, to accustom the students' individual interests to the need of society and to help them establish their responsibilities for society and the idea of self control. As the students are very interested in their major subjects, ways of teaching should be adjusted to encourage students to study hard and rigorously.
