政府自利性是政府追求自身利益最大化的属性,政府自利性的膨胀必然带来政府权力的扩张并危害公共利益。因而,应通过法律制度的控制,行政伦理控制、社会力量控制等方式来减少政府自利性行为发生。
The government selfishness is the maximum nature that the government seeks its owner interests.Its expansion will inevitably bring the dilation of government's power and do damage to the pubic interests.Currently,the aberration of government selfishness in the earth expropriation and the houses'demolition are the potential reasons for various conflicts and contradictions.The article analyzes the behaviors of the government selfishness in the earth expropriation and the houses'demolition and proposes the counter-measures to control the government selfishness.
