摘要
本文对新型红外非线性光学晶体 AgGaSe_2多晶的合成工艺、单晶的生长方法、非线性光学性质及其应用进行了论述。AgGaSe_2晶体是一种性能优异的红外非线性光学材料,可以在很宽的范围内制成红外倍频、混频和光参量振荡器件,能提供连续可调光源。
The synthesis of AgGaSe_2 polycrystal,the methods of crystal growth,thenonlinear optical characters and the applications were discussed in this article.The resultshows that the AgGaSe_2 crystal is a typical infrared nonlinear optical material with ex-cellent properties.It can be used as frequency mutiplier,mixture device,optical parametricoscillator over large range of infrared spectrum,and the output also can be tuned continu-ously.This promise the future of potential application in laser technology,military commu-nication and infrared telemetering.
