摘要
本文提供一种测定硒镓银(AgGaSe_2)晶体取向的方法。它是基于用Bridgman方法生长的AgGaSe_2晶体表面气泡内的显露面对激光的反射来测量其取向。实验发现,这些显露面均属于{112}单形,而法线共有四个方向。因此,可以很方便地确定c轴。
A method of detemining the orientation of AgGaSe_2 crystals is described.It is based on laser beam reflection from the smooth facets of cystals growing by the Bridgman method.It is found that these facets all belong to {112 } simplex,so that the direction of the axis c can be determined easily and quickly.
