摘要
硒镓银单晶体在AgGaSe2粉末包裹下进行了退火.差热分析和红外透过率的测量结果表明,晶体中富Ga2Se3第二相脱溶物被消除。
The annealing of the as grown AgGaSe 2 single crystal in the presence of AgGaSe 2 powder was carried out. The results of differential thermal analysis and infrared transmittance measurements indicate that after the annealing the Ga 2Se 3 rich second phase precipitates are eliminated and the optical transmittance of the AgGaSe 2 crystal in markedly improved .
