摘要
赋予下属在工作中更多的自主性,符合于优化了的管理者素质,是调动职工积极性的有效手段。本文在探讨其理论内涵的同时对其特点和应用效果予以阐明。
Allowance of more independence and freedom to the subordinates, which manifests the outstanding qualities of an executive, makes one of the effective means in exciting the enthusiasm of the staff. This paper is designed to probe into the connotation of this principle, and in the meantime some of its main features and its effectiveness are discussed.
