摘要
公正作为一种道德价值观念和给人应得 (包括利与害、奖与惩 )的一种行为准则 ,其原则包括基本权利的完全平等和非基本权利按比例平等 ,具体到社会公正的原则 ,即政治权利、经济权利和机会权利的公正原则 ,并以此为依据对社会政治、经济。
The principle of justice, as a concept of moral value and a deserved action norm(profit and harm, praise and punishment are involved) includes the absolute equality of basic privilege and the proportional equality of non-essential right, and more specifically,it includes social justice principle that refers to politics right, economy right and opportunity right, on which a valuation on modern justice in the field of social politics, economy and opportunity is based.
