摘要
我国现行农村集体土地二元所有权制度是有效率的,我国农村土地权利构建应该在完善二元所有权制度的基础上进行。我国的土地承包经营权是一种新型财产权。财产权的发展和我国农村的实践表明:我国应该建立以土地承包经营权为核心的农村土地权利体系。
The duality ownership system of the collective land is an efficient system. The farmer s land - managing rights is one new style property right. We should conform the property rights surrounding the farmer's land - managing property rights mode of the country collective land. We apply the law and economic approach to analyze in this article.
