摘要
以亚硒酸钠为硒源,在酵母的培养过程中,于不同的时间组合添加不同量的亚硒酸钠,以研究不同添加时间和添加量对酵母富硒的影响。实验结果表明:在发酵过程中的5h、8h、11h,添加一定量的亚硒酸钠使其在发酵液中的浓度分别达到5mg/L、10mg/L、15mg/L时,酵母的产量和富硒效果最佳。
In order to study the effect of yeast enriching Se, Na2SeO3 was added as the Se-source into the medium at different concentration and different fermentation time during the cultivation of yeast. The experiment showed that the optimal condition for yield of yeast and effect of enriching Se were at 5,8, and 11 h of fermentation process with the Se concentration of 5, 10, and 15 mg/L, respectively.
