摘要 目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,H pylori)尿素酶B亚单位 (UreasesulbunitB ,UreB)核心多肽作为疫苗抗原的可能性。方法 应用酶免疫法测定H pylori感染患者血清游离UreB及各型免疫复合物。结果  61例H pylori感染患者血清中 ,游离UreB及UreB IgG、UreB IgA、UreB IgM任一项阳性者60例 ,占 98 4% ,其中游离UreB阳性率 63 9% ,UreB_IgG为 62 3 % ,UreB_IgA为 75 4% ,UreR_IgM为78 7%。结论 H pylori感染患者血清中存在UreB ,UreB核心多肽能引起特异性免疫应答 ,UreB核心多肽可望成为疫苗抗原。 Objective To analyze possibility of Ure B core polypeptide acting as vaccine antigen protecting from H.pylori infection.Methods Free Ure B and its immune complex in serum were detected from Patients with Helicobacter Pylori infection.Results in 61 Patients with Helicobacter Pylori infection,the positive rate of free Ure B is 63.9%,Ure B-IgG 62.3%,Ure B-IgA 75.5%,Ure B_IgM 78.7%.There are 60 patients with any one posiotive of four detections,the positive rate is 98.4%.Conclusions There exists H.Pylori Ure B in serum from patients with H.pylori infection.H.pylori Ure B core polypeptide can invoke specific immune response,It is more possible that Ure B core polyeptide act as vaccine antigen protecting from H.pylori infection.
