摘要
目的 :建立酶免疫法测定血清幽门螺杆菌特异性免疫复合物 ( Hp-IC) ,并探讨其与 Hp感染的关系。方法 :采用链霉亲和素 -生物素技术建立夹心式酶免疫法定量测定血清 Hp-IC。结果 :Hp阳性组血清 Hp-IC浓度 ( 0 .5 71± 0 .496) mg/ L,阳性率 82 .6% ( 1 99/ 2 41 ) ,显著高于 Hp阴性组( 0 .0 3 3± 0 .0 2 4) mg/ L,阳性率 1 9.8% ( 3 9/ 1 97) ,P均 <0 .0 1。血清 Hp-IC测定 ,诊断 Hp感染的特异性为 80 .2 % ,敏感性为 82 .6%。本法检测灵敏度 2μg/ L ,批内差异 2 .8% ,批间差异 4.3 %。结论 :血清 Hp-IC与 Hp感染密切相关 ,Hp-IC测定可作为
Objective:To establish an enzymatic immunoassay for determination of the concentration of H.pylori antigen antibodies immunocomplex(Hp IC) in sera from patients with Hp infection and to assess its clinical value.Methods:A sandwich enzymatic immunoassay for Hp IC was developed with two antibodies previously obtained and streptavidin biotin reagents.Results:Concentration of Hp IC in patients with Hp infection was (0.571±0.496)mg/L with a positive rate of 82.6 %(199/241) while that was (0.033±0.024)mg/L and 19.8%(39/197) in Hp negative controls(P<0.01).In addition diagnostic specificity of the assay was 80.2% and sensitivity 82.6 %.Minimal detectable concentration was 2 μg/L,with a CVi of 2.8% and CVo of 4.3%,res pectively.Conclusion:The level of Hp IC was closely related to Hp infectious state and determination of Hp IC's may be of help in verifying Hp infection.
