摘要
目的 建立测定家兔血浆中葛根黄豆苷元衍生物DZ18含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用HPLC法 ,使用ODS -C18色谱柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (5 0∶5 0∶0 .1) ,检测波长 2 6 0nm。结果 DZ18浓度在 0～ 10 0 μg·ml-1范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9998。回收率在 89%以上 ;日内、日间精密度均低于 5 %。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of daidzei derivative DZ18 in rabbits' plasma.Methods The reserved C 18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(50∶50∶0.1).Detective wave was 260nm.Results The linear range was from 0 to 100μg·ml -1,r=0.999 8.The average recovery was above 89%.Conclusion The method can be used in the determination of daidzei derivative DZ18 in rabbits' plasma.
