The connotation of teachers' development is shaped in the process of educational practice and professional development. The exoteric, multidimensional and durable characteristics of teachers' education offer the basis for the lifelong development and autonomy of teachers' development. The transmission and receiving of knowledge in teaching, the supervisory work of a class teacher and the scientific research into education reflect the practical value of teachers' development.
