摘要
针对交通科技项目评价指标相关性强、难以量化的问题,通过对各指标的相关性分析,然后采取了因子分析法对西部交通科技项目评价指标体系进行降维处理,并通过因子负载阵的分析,明确了各个因子的物理意义,最后算得各项因子的数值。最终寻求蕴藏在众多指标之后的内在因素。通过实践评价与理论分析相结合的方法,完成了西部交通科技项目投入产出指标体系降维处理,把交通科技项目原有的10项评价指标降为5项,且包含原有数据的大部分信息。
In order to solve the problems of pertinency and quantization within evaluation indexes of transport scientific and technical projects,the value of indexes were calculated and the physical meanings were got to find out the intrinsic factors contained in these indexes through analysis of pertinency of indexes,dimension-reduced processing by factor analysis method,and analysis of loading matrix for western China road and transport scientific and technical project evaluation index system.The numbers of indexes were lowered from 10 to 5 through dimension-reduced processing by combination of theoretical analysis with practical application.The new indexes comprised a majority of information of old indexes at the same time.
