摘要
建立一种适用于高职院校多因素外语教学质量评价体系,以此考量高职院校外语教师的执教能力和水平。利用层次分析法确定参评指标权重,在此基础上利用灰关联分析法求出每位被评教师的综合评价值,并以此排序。实证分析表明将层次分析和灰关联分析相结合得出的评价结果更具客观性、公正性和合理性,有一定的借鉴意义。
A multi-factor evaluation system for foreign language teaching in higher vocational colleges has been established to consider the teaching ability and level of foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges. The weight of the index is determined by AHP. On this basis,the gray relational analysis method is used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of each teacher. The empirical analysis shows that the results of AHP and gray relational analysis are more objective,fair and rational,and have certain reference significance.
