摘要
介绍了利用高效、大功率H桥驱动集成块DRV592作为热电致冷器的驱动器构成大功率激光二极管恒温致冷系统的方法。该系统温度探测器利用软件实现负温度系数的热敏电阻的非线性校正(在线参数自整定模糊PID控制方法)。核心控制器采用MCS-52单片机来实现对系统的精确控制,对电流的控制精度达到毫安级,温度的控制精度可达±0.1℃。
The method using high-efficient and high-power H bridge driving circuit DRV592 as a driver in thermoelectric cooler to form thermostat cooler system for high-power laser diodes is presented. The temperature detector in this system uses the software (an on-line parameter self-adjusting fuzzy PID control) for implementing the non-linear correction of NTC. The central controller uses MCS-52 microprocessor for achieving the accurate controls of the system , i. e., temperature accuracy of ±0.1 ℃ and current of milliampere level, when the current is controlled.
