摘要
脉冲式激光测距仪通过测量激光脉冲的往返飞行时间来求得目标与测距系统之间的距离,而激光飞行时间的测量精度是影响测距精度的最关键因素;文章研究了激光回波信号处理电路,采用TDC_GP21(时间数字转换芯片)设计了时间间隔测量模块,详细介绍了TDC_GP21的测时原理与工作流程,设计的测距仪采用TMS320F2812作为主控芯片以提高系统的数据处理速度;实验结果表明,该激光测距仪结构简单,操作方便,测量范围为75m^5km,测量精度为±1m,成本低,能够满足航空航天领域中对于空间目标的测距需求。
Pulsed Laser Range Finder obtain the distance between target and measuring system by measuring the round-trip flight time of laser pulses,and the measurement accuracy of flight time is the key factor for measuring precision.The laser echo signal processing circuit was studied in this paper,use the TDC_GP21(time-digital-converter chip)design a time interval measurement module,meanwhile the measurement principle and the working process of TDC_GP21were described in detail,the Range Finder uses TMS320F2812 as the main control chip for the sake of improving the speed of processing data.The experimental results show that the range finder has simple construction,convenient operation,measuring range is 75m-5km,measuring precision is±1m,low cost and is able to meet the demand for space target range in the aerospace field.
