轨道结构监测用光电解调设备环境适应性优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 光纤光栅传感器对于温度、应力和位移等物理量的监测具有突出优势,为了降低列车电磁干扰和恶劣环境因素对光纤光栅传感器配套使用的光电解调设备带来的不利影响,提出了光纤光栅光电解调设备的电磁兼容、防尘防水和环境适应等关键技术优化措施,并对优化后的光电解调设备开展了高低温试验和上道试用。室内试验结果表明,在75℃和-40℃的高低温环境下,该光电解调设备测试精度可达±2×10^(-12);现场试用结果表明,该设备在为期一年的上道试用期间工作正常,并获取了监测物温度和位移等物理参量的年变化情况。 The optical fiber sensing technology is one of the best methods to monitor the physical quantities, like temperature, strain and displacement of track. In order to reduce the effect of electromagnetic interference and bad environmental factors on the demodulation equipments of the optical fiber grating, the optimization measures of electromagnetic compatibility, dustproof and waterproof and environmental adaptation of the demodulation equipments of the optical fiber grating are put forward, and the high and low temperature test and the Field trial are carried out. The indoor test results show that the test accuracy of the demodulation equipment of the optical fiber grating can reach ±2×10^(-12) at 75 ℃ and-40 ℃. The field trial results show that the equipment works normally during one year of operation and the annual variation of physical parameters such as temperature and displacement is obtained.
