摘要
介绍了大功率半导体激光器恒流源的设计方法。该恒流源采用功率MOSFET作电流控制元件,运用负反馈原理稳定输出电流。实际应用表明该恒流源对激光器安全可靠,输出电流的短期稳定度达到1×10-5。
The design of constantcurrent supply power for a highpower semiconductor laser diode is desribed. This constantcurrent power supply uses a power MOSFET as the current control device, and which uses the principle of negative feedback to adjust and stabilize the output current. The practical application indicates that the constantcurrent power supply is safe and reliable to the laser diode, with the short term stability of output current up to 1×10-5.
