摘要 波导锥尖近场光因其能量传输效率能满足要求而成为目前极具潜力的光发展的一个分支。为了满足能量检测,介绍了一种激光器驱动和调制电路控制系统的设计,该激光系统能接受不同频率的调制信号调制,可以实现高频率的随机调制信号的输出。与上位机配合完成对激光器驱动和控制电路的各种控制,可自由选择调制信号源和调制信号频率。 The wave leads light to become having a development branch of the potential very much currently because its energy's ddivering an efficiency can satisfy to request. To satisfy the energy examination, this paper discusses the design of the control system of laser to drive and modulation circuit, makes the completing the laser to accept different frequency to modulation signal to modulate, carries out the output that the high frequency modulation signal random ; And the place of honor machine match the completion drives to the laser with control circuit of vari- ous control ; Can choose to modulation signal source freely with modulation signal frequency. The experiment examined the relation of the power and the electric current of the laser.
