香菇废料栽培金针菇试验初探 被引量:1

摘要 用香菇废料和棉子壳以不同比例制备5种栽培料进行金针菇[Flammulina velutipes(Fr.)Sing.]栽培试验,考察鲜菇产量及生物转化率。结果表明,配方C(棉子壳与香菇废料质量比为3∶2)虽与配方A(全部添加棉子壳)、配方B(棉子壳与香菇废料质量比为4∶1)无显著差异,但均显著高于其他配方,配方C为香菇废料栽培金针菇的最佳配方,香菇废料添加量与棉子壳之比应控制在1∶4.0~1∶1.5的范围内,是一种值得推广的香菇废料处理方法。 To investigate production of fresh mushroom and biotransformation rate by statistical significance analysis,cultivation of mushroom with compost of five proportions of Lentinus edode wastes and cottonseed hulls were studied.Results showed no significance difference was found between composition C(Lentinus edode wastes to cottonseed hulls 3∶2) and A(full of cottonseed hulls) or B(1∶4.0),respectively;however,the difference was the most significant among composition C and other compositions in this study.Thus,the composition C was the best composition for cultivation of mushroom.The mass ratio of L.edobe wastes to cottonseed hulls was 1∶4.0 to 1∶1.5,it was worth to extension as a way to treat L.edode wastes.
