摘要
以探索不同类型学校教师心理契约的影响因素为目的。使用《教师心理契约调查问卷》,对大、中学教师心理契约进行调查。分析得出不同类型学校教师的性别、年龄、教龄、学历、职称等因素对心理契约的影响不同。促进有关教育管理部门重视教师的心理契约,为教师心理健康提供理论指导和实践依据。
Objective: Investigating into factors influencing psychological contracts in junior school and university.Method: Using Teachers' Psychological Contract Questionnaire to evaluate status of teachers' psychological contracts in junior school and university.Results: By testing the influences of various factors including gender,age,school age,education background and job title on two types of schools,the paper investigates similarities and differences in junior school and university.Conclusion: The results could be beneficial to educational administers as to the issue of management of psychological contract.
